The organizations making real progress with AI have one thing in common: they build working systems.

Let's build something together →

01 — The Problem

Every organization knows AI matters. The hard part is figuring out what it means for yours specifically.

Which workflows change? What to build first? What skills does your team need? How do you know if it's working?

These are strategic questions, not technology questions. The way to answer them is to build something real: test ideas against real data, real teams, real constraints. The thinking informs the building. The building sharpens the thinking.

That is what I do. I figure out where AI creates real value in your organization, then I build it. Strategy, design, and engineering. One person, end to end.

02 — How I Work

Find the real problem.

Not every process benefits from AI. I work with your team to identify where the leverage actually is: which workflows, decisions, and bottlenecks change the most when you build intelligence into them.

Build something real.

A working prototype connected to your data, your tools, your constraints. Not a demo. Something your team uses and reacts to. Strategy tested against reality.

Redesign how work gets done.

The question shifts from “should we use AI?” to “how does our team work differently now?” New processes, AI agents alongside your people, the skills your team needs for hybrid human-AI workflows. This is where transformation actually happens.

03 — The Build Sprint

Pick a real problem from your business. In two weeks, you have a working prototype connected to your actual data and systems.

Week 1

Business context, goals, constraints. Define the problem, map the data, design the approach. First working version built.

Week 2

Test with your team, iterate on real feedback, deliver a working prototype your people can use.

You get

A working prototype on your real data, architecture documentation, and a clear view of what a full build would look like.

This is where most engagements start. Long enough to build something meaningful. Short enough that you haven't bet the quarter on it. The person who understands your strategy is the same person who built the prototype.

04 — Working Together

Build Sprint.

Two weeks, one real problem, a working prototype. Best for organizations that want to see results before committing further.

Advisory.

AI strategy, opportunity mapping, architecture and roadmap. I stay involved to make sure it gets built. For organizations thinking at the portfolio level.

Fractional CTO & CPO.

Ongoing technical and product leadership embedded with your team. I build alongside your engineers. For organizations that need senior leadership without a full-time hire.

05 — About

I go from strategy sessions with leadership to building prototypes with engineering teams. Same person, same context. The thinking and the building stay connected.

Five companies taken from idea to launch. At IDEO and Frog, I led teams across strategy, design, and engineering, delivering product programs for Google, Meta, IKEA, the Gates Foundation, and Allianz.

Twenty years moving between how a business thinks and how technology gets built.

PhD research in CS and AI, UCL · €2M+ raised across ventures · Work showcased at TED and COP28 · Lead teams of 30+

AI advisory for a major insurer.

Redesigning how AI transforms their advisory model for the next generation of customers. Strategy, architecture, and prototyping running in parallel.

AI-native operations for a web3 design studio.

Team workflows, client delivery, and Strategy: shifting to AI-augmented operations.

Early warning agents for climate response.

AI agent systems for flood prevention, tailored response plans, and emergency liquidity for affected communities.

Automated competitive intelligence.

Research and analysis pipeline that does in two hours what used to take a team a week. Running on the organization's own data.

Let's Talk

If you're figuring out what to do with AI, I'd like to hear what you're working on.

No pitch. No sales process. A conversation about your situation and whether I can help.
